Cabernet Wine Vinegar Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed baby greens
  • 3/4 cup glazed walnuts
  • 3/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese or Chevre
  • 1 apple, chopped with skin
  • 3/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries, cherries or raspberries)
  • Pinch of sea salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup Sparrow Lane Cabernet Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Sparrow Lane Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Place baby greens on a plate. Top with walnuts, blu cheese, apple, dried fruit, and salt and pepper.
  2. Drizzle wine vinegar and olive oil on top of the salad.
  3. Serve immediately.
